Once you reach that point you jump putting the right foot on the ball of hold 3 and reaching hold 5 or 5-6 with your hands.

In the Tomoa skip once you reach hold 3 with both hands on the jug you will use the right foot smear to bring your left foot on the ball of hold 3 and jump to hold 5 or 5-6

Classic middle

the cassic middle consist in bringing your left foot on hold 7 once you reach hold 8 with your right hand and from that position jumping with both hands to hold 10 bringing the right foot up on foot 7 to jump to hold 11 and 12, now sometimes that part is made with both feet 7 and 8

that move used by all the mens start in the same position as the classic middle but you reach for hold 10 only with your left hand and once you get there you bring your right foot on hold 8 to jump to hold 11 with both hands or to 11 and 12, when you reach these holds you bring your left foot on a smear under hold 10 and continue with your right foot on the ball of hold 10.

Classic top

the classic top consist in keeping a squared set up going through hold 13 till 19-20, you will use 13-14 with your hands to reach for hold 16 and small 11, at that point you bring your feet on ball of 14 and foot 9 to jump to 18 with both hands and again use your left leg on foot 11 to push to 19-20 and finish with a right smear and a left leg push on 18.
